Plot Summary
Behnam, a young filmmaker, returns to his country after several years. He had filmed the events of the last night he and his three close friends were together and turned it into a movie. As they reminisce about that night, the friends make an effort to reunite once again.
About The Director:
Mehdi Ahmadpanah was born on July 16, 1984, in Tehran. He embarked on his academic journey by studying mechanical engineering. However, right from the beginning of his academic pursuits, he found his passion for cinema. While studying at the engineering faculty, he engaged in several short films and theater productions. During his postgraduate studies, he decided to change the course of his life and continued his education in the field of film directing at the Tehran University of Art. He produced his first feature film in 2016, which was screened at the Fajr Film Festival in the same year in the Art and Experience section. Currently, he is actively involved in theater and cinema in Tehran.
A bond forged through true friendship remains unbroken by distance and time. The power of friendship is such that individuals feel as though they have personally experienced the lives of their close friends.
Witnessing the depth of friendships over time significantly influencesthe development of our own personal relationships. The film “Night – Exterior – Friendship” is built upon this very idea.
